What are LIFEgroups?
LIFEgroups are small clusters of people joining together for the purpose of connecting to God through Bible study and connecting to others for mutual support and encouragement.

Why does Colonial Heights do LIFEgroups?
Our worship services and other big events are designed to attract people to Colonial Heights and to the Gospel of Christ. Our LIFEgroups are designed to stimulate individual growth, ministry, and accountability. Come to a worship service at Colonial Heights and you will meet lots of great people; come to a LIFEgroup and you will have the opportunity to form long-lasting, deep friendships with people who are a lot like you.

What does it mean to"Do Life Together"?
Our LIFEgroups are designed for maximum interaction. We study the Bible together, we hang out together, we take care of each other, we do LIFE together. Consider your LIFEgroup your extended family.

Who is in a LIFEgroup?
Our desire is that every person at Colonial Heights be in a LIFEgroup.

To which LIFEgroup should I go?
All of our LIFEgroups are organized primarily by age and stage-of-life. If you are an adult, there are numerous options for you in your age-group. Feel free to visit as many LIFEgroups as you would like until you decide which one is right for you.

How do LIFEgroups for children compare with LIFEgroups for adults?
Everything is age-appropriate. Preschool, children, and students have a much different structure from our LIFEgroups for adults. But the purpose is still the same...to seek answers to life's questions by studying the Bible and to develop relationships that help us to grow in Christ.

How do I get started?
To quote the famous phrase: "Just do it!" Stop by our Welcome Center in the main lobby of the church. One of our greeters (wearing a red and white nametag) will be more than happy to help you find the LIFEgroup in which you are interested.
