WHAT IS F.A.I.T.H.

FAITH at Colonial Heights is a true training and equipping strategy for reaching unsaved and unchurched people, assimilating people, and ministering to people through the body of Christ. The primary connection of our FAITH strategy is through our LIFEgroup Ministry.  This connection is what makes FAITH a strategy/tool that helps our LIFEgroup leaders and members accomplish Great Commission ministry tasks of evangelism and ministry through and within their LIFEgroup classes. Understanding and becoming involved in the vital ministry connection between FAITH and LIFEgroups equips our members to experience the abundance of the FAITH-LIFE that Jesus promised in John 10:10.

There are two semesters of FAITH each year in the Spring and Fall.  For 13 weeks our LIFEgroup classes enlist FAITH-LIFE team members to take part in the FAITH training and outreach/ministry visits each week. 

FAITH participants receive practical instruction on how to share their faith with others, make ministry visits, and grow in their own spiritual walk with God.  Following the class  time each week, FAITH teams of three people go out into the community to visit in homes.  Participating in FAITH through your LIFEgroup will equip you to overcome your fears and develop an Inviting Lifestyle for the Lord Jesus.
