Colonial Heights Baptist Church is committed to praying for God’s wisdom and guidance in all that we do, and to pray for the prayer needs of our members and others in the community as we are aware of those needs. It is our desire that every ministry and activity of our church is bathed in prayer. We ask that as many of our committed men and women of our church family that feel led to do so, to set aside one hour each week in concentrated prayer for the needs of our nation, church, pastor, missionaries, and the lost. Those who make this commitment are supplied with prayer requests of a varied nature through our Prayer Ministry office. Many individuals have shared that this ministry has resulted in a deeper personal walk with the Lord Jesus Christ as they have drawn closer to Him in times of praise, confession, intercession, and adoration.
